Abstract
This Regulation provides for the postponement of the collection of customs duties and value added tax that occurs during the import of all products, here aimed for subject whose activities are prohibited due to the epidemic of the infectious disease COVID19.
The customs debt shall be deferred and paid within 60 day delay from the date of acceptance of the customs declaration.
