Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the type of satellite monitoring system (SSMP-versatile and multi-user system for the collection, transmission, storage, processing and presentation of data on fishing vessels and their geographical positions) for fishing vessels, including the manner of its setting and also provides the classification of fishing vessels for which the system is needed (vessel size).
