Regulation on the types of title and authorization for vessel crew members.

This Regulation sets the types of titles/grades, powers and qualifications and special skills, and additional qualifications necessary for obtaining of the authorization for the authority for vessel crew members.
This Regulation also provides for training and education provisions, special qualification programmes, mode for the renewal of the competency and special competence certification and many other related administrative issues.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
