Abstract
The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism completed the process of revising the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), which set a new goal for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030 compared to 1990. This Updated Nationally Determined Contribution (or NDC) for Montenegro is aimed at implementing and updating the Montenegro Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (or INDC)-dated 2015.
