Animal Health and Development Act 1993 Amendment 2010

This Act, consisting of eleven chapters, has the following objectives: (a) to carry out animal health and development work; (b) to promote livestock development; (c) to prevent outbreak of contagious disease in animals and to control the outbreak systematically when it occurs; (d) to inspect imported animals, products and animal feed; (e) to issue recommendation certificates concerning animals, animal products and animal feed for export; (f) to protect animals by low from being ill-treated.
