Abstract
This Law provides for survey, demarcation and re-demarcation of the boundaries of fields (kwin) and blocks in Myanmar. Chapter I contains the title and definitions. Chapter II lays down the objectives of the Law. Chapter IV provides for the appointment of demarcation officers and boundary officers and lays down their duties and powers. Chapter V makes provisions relating to erection of survey-marks or boundary-marks and maintaining the same. Chapters VI and VII provide for prohibitions and penalties respectively.
