Abstract
This Law, consisting of 10 Chapters, concerns the exploration, production, transmission, distribution and use of electricity and involves inspection matter for the safety use of electricity. It specifies duty and authority of the electrical competent authorities and is divided as follows: Term and definition (Chap. I); Electricity authority (Chap. II); Duty and authority of the electrical authorized person (Chap. III); Duties and responsibilities of the Inspector (Chap. IV); Duties and responsibilities of the chief inspector (Chap. V); Crime and Punishment (Chap. VI); Fines/Compensation (Chap. VII); Board of advisers (Chap. VIII); Electrical Standards and Inspection Techniques (Chap. IX); General Provisions (Chap. X).
