Law Amending the Fertilizer Law (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 15, 2015).

This Law amends the Fertilizer Law (No. 7 of 2002). It substitutes certain expressions such as manager is changed to officer-in-charge, inspector is changed to inspection team and Myanmar Agriculture Services to Department of Agriculture. The definitions of Standard, Licence and Inspection team are added by substituting sub-sections (e), (m) and (o) of section 2, respectively. Further, sections 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 29, 32, 36 and 37 are amended.
