Law Amending the National Drug Law (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 22/2014).

This Law amends the National Drug Law of Myanmar (principal Law). Section 4 of the principal Law constituting the Myanmar Food and Drug Board of Authority is substituted. The fines imposable under section 18, sub-sections (a) and (b) of section 19 and section 20 are amended and enhanced. Section 32 relating to implementation of the principal Law is substituted.
