Law Amending the Traditional Drug Law (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 8/2014).

This Law amends the Traditional Drug Law of Myanmar (principal Act). In section 2 of the principal Act, the definitions for traditional drug and homely remedy are substituted and sub-section (m) is annulled. The fines imposable under sections 31, 32, and 33 of the principal Act are amended and enhanced. Sub-section (a) of section 43 of the principal Act is amended.
