Myanmar National Committee on Large Dams Rules, 2020.

These Rules are framed in the exercise of the power conferred under subsection (a) of section 39 of the Myanmar National Committee on Large Dams Law. They contain provisions relating to convening of General Assembly by the Patron Body and procedure to form the Committee and the Executive committee. The Rules lay down the powers and obligations of the Committee; the qualifications, duties and powers of the chairperson and other members of the committee. They also provide for formation of regional and technical sub-committees; committee meetings; formation of secretary board; and fund raising and expenditures.
