Myanmar Special Economic Zone Rules.

These Rules are formulated in accordance with the the Myanmar Special Economic Zone Law, 2014.
The Central Body shall form a Management Committee for the Special Economic Zone in accordance with section 9 of the Myanmar Special Economic Zone Law. The selected developer shall submit a detailed development project for the establishment of a Special Economic Zone to the Management Committee. The developer or the investor shall apply the permission to rent or use the land required for the development of the Special Economic Zone to the relevant Management Committee.
