Abstract
This Act amends the Sea Customs Act.
After section 172 of the the Sea Customs Act, section 172A shall be inserted to provide for the power of Commissioner of Customs to search in a building, vessel or place. Section 10 is amended for the Commissioner of Customs and other officers exempted from service on jury or inquest or assessors.
