Customs Law and Customs Tariff and Duties Law (revised)

The purpose of this law is to regulate matters regarding regulations on customs clearance and control over goods and means of transport crossing the national customs frontier of Mongolia, as well as defining customs procedures and their requirements, regulations on settlement of complaints and appeal of the customs decisions, customs organizational structure, rights and obligations of the customs officers and liabilities against customs offences.
