Government Decision No. 101 validating the List of forestry activities exempted from value added tax and customs duties.

This Government Decision validates the List of afforestation, forest management activities and the list of forest species imported to the national territory that shall be exempted from value added tax and customs duties. Forest management activities exempted from value added tax and customs duties include timber extraction (logging), afforestation and reforestation.
