Government Decision No. 184 validating the Regulation on establishment and payments from State Seed Fund.

This Regulation establishes the procedure shall for the formation and spending out of the State Seed Fund for the purpose of renewal of seeds stock and supplying seeds to producers, natural persons and legal entities who are unable to stockpile seeds for planting due to natural disasters. State Seed Fund is a state property constituted with the budget funds of Mongolia. Seeds accepted in the Fund must meet the following quality requirements: (a) pass the seed quality standard in terms of purity; (b) moisture should not exceed 14-15 percent; (c) there are no pests or diseases in the warehouse; and (d) guaranteed silk and 1-5 generation seeds.
