Government Decision No. 2 validating the Regulation on combating and preventing cattle theft crime.

In order to provide financial support to fight and prevent animal theft, the Fund for Combating and Preventing Animal Theft will be established, and this model rule will govern its operations. The Fund Council shall have the following powers: (a) discussing and approving annual and quarterly plans and their budgets for activities of the fund and measures to be financed; (b) selecting projects and programs to be financed by the fund; and (c) supporting proposals and initiatives made by citizens, enterprises, and organizations to protect livestock owned by them from criminal attacks, and to initiate measures and arrangements.
