Government Decision No. 84 validating the Regulation on the procedure for selection of special permits for growing tobacco and tobacco production.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for the selection of projects for tobacco planting and tobacco production activities requiring issuance of special permits. The central state administrative organization in charge of food and agriculture shall issue a selection notice for a project for granting a special license for tobacco planting and tobacco production activities. Based on the results of the selection process, the central state administrative organization in charge of food and agriculture shall submit to the Government, according to the appropriate procedure, a proposal to grant a special license for tobacco cultivation and tobacco production to qualified applicants. The government will issue a special permit for tobacco cultivation based on the proposal of the central state administrative organization in charge of food and agriculture.
