Government Decision No. 87 regarding some measures to promote manufacturing and export of cashmere.

This Government Decision provides working capital loans by pledging guaranteed cashmere balances in warehouses for the preparation of raw materials for factories with a view of increasing cashmere production and export of cashmere products. The procedure shall regulate the provision of loans from banks for the preparation of raw materials for industries to support cashmere production and increase exports, the terms and conditions of loans, monitoring, recording and reporting of warehouse movements. National cashmere processing plant shall be intended a plant in which 51% or more is owned by citizens or enterprises of Mongolia. Loans shall be granted to certified enterprises, conforming quality and quantity of cashmere stored in warehouses.
