Abstract
National Program “Health” for 2010-2021 is aimed at ensuring coherence between projects and programs, eliminating duplication, integrating, and promoting sector-wide application. It is developed according to 5 main directions and focuses on public health and primary education. The following guidelines will be followed in implementing the Program: services, health education of the population, in particular, the right to a healthy lifestyle at the family level.
The following principles will be followed in implementing the program: (a) healthcare services must meet the needs of the client; (b) introduction of new techniques and technologies in healthcare sector; (c) gender sensitive approach; (d) healthcare services must be market-oriented; and (e) cooperation between public and private sector, non-governmental organizations, community initiatives and participation and public participation.
The Program envisages improvement of supply of biotechnological products and biologically active substances for medicinal use to the population and unification of the system for quality control of medicines, biopreparations, and biologically active substances.
