Joint Order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry No. A-136, A-158 and A-210 validating the Regulation on calculation of damages to agricultural enterprises related to crops and livestock.

This Regulation shall be applicable for calculation of losses incurred by farmers caused by livestock to agricultural land. Damages shall be classified in accordance with type of crops and the period of sowing (planting) into the following categories: (a) damages to fallow land; (b) damages incurred to before autumnal harvest of summer crops; (c) damages incurred to in the harvest period; and (d) damages to fruits and berries. Direct damages shall be compensated by owners of livestock. The Regulation contains formulae for calculation of damages.
