Joint Order No. A-63/67 of the Minister of Nature, Environment and Tourism and of the Minister of Transport and Construction validating the Regulation on classification of carbon dioxide emitted by automobile and self-propelled vehicles and engine capacity.

The objective of this Regulation shall be to regulate classification of carbon dioxide emitted by automobile and self-propelled vehicles and engine capacity and to establish the amount of payment of environmental fees for air pollution. National Auto Transportation Center shall be authorized state institution responsible for classification of carbon dioxide emitted by automobile and self-propelled vehicles and engine capacity. The "eco" certificate of technical control shall be issued to automobiles emitting carbon dioxide emissions of less than 120 g or less per km.
