Law amending Energy Law

The following phrase “the boundaries of ownership of the energy transmission network” shall be inserted after the phrase “terms of payment” in the article 28.2 of the Law on Energy. A new clause 30.1.12 shall be added to the article 30.1: “30.1.12 A consumer shall be liable for a necessary repair and maintenance in case of any breakage or damage occurred in the energy lines, network and equipment. The Supplier has a right to require the expense spent after completing the repair and maintenance, if that consumer does not take any measures to repair the breakage or damage.”
