Law “On customs duty exemption”.

In order to protect the livestock sector from risks, ensure the stability of the supply of key products, increase reserves, and prevent disruption of supply, imported animal feed, animal feed additives, and wheat flour shall be exempted from customs duty. The list of animal feed, animal feed additives, and wheat flour exempted from customs duty shall be approved by the Government of Mongolia in accordance with the classification of the "Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System" /HCC/.
