Abstract
The purpose of this Law, consisting of four Chapters, is to regulate the production of genetically modified organisms, across the state borders and the use of biosafety in the territory. It applies to living organisms such as: animals, plants and their raw materials and products, regulating borders inspection and quarantine measures, technology transfer, in accordance with national legislative acts. General Provisions (Chap. I); GMO'S Borders extracting and Risk Assessment (Chap. II); Biosafety (Chap. III); Other provisions (Chap. IV).
