Law on hunting resource use payments and on hunting and trapping authorization fees of 1995.

The purpose of this Law is to regulate the fee requirements for hunting resource use by citizens, economic entities and organizations, and the authorization fees for hunting or trapping animals, birds, and fish, and incorporation of these payments and fees into State budget. The document consists of 12 Articles. Article 1 determines the purpose of this Law. Article 2 regards legislation on hunting reserve use payments, hunting and trapping permit fees. Article 3 classifies individuals responsible for payments and fees and their registration. Article 4 deals with assessment indicators for payments and fees. Article 5 establishes payments and fees amounts. Article 6 establishes payment and fee exemptions and discounts. Article 7 determines the procedure of payment and reporting on the administration of payments and fees. Article 8 deals with payment refund. Article 9 deals with payment and fee complaints. Article 10 establishes liability for the infringement of hunting fee legislation. Article 11 regards control over implementation of the legislation. Article 12 establishes the date on coming into force of the present Law.
