Abstract
This Law establishes that all exploration and mining effective licences issued before the 1st of July of 1997 must be re-registered within three months after entry into force of the Minerals Law. The applications for conducting exploration and mining, received before entering in effect of the Minerals Law shall be subject to make decisions pursuant to the Minerals Law.
