National Water Program.

NATIONAL WATER PROGRAM is a nationwide multi-sectoral policy document aimed at equal distribution of water resources throughout the country, improvement of control and management related to the distribution of water resources, raising water supply level, coverage of wastewater services and raising the effectiveness of wastewater treatment plants, as well as reducing the impact of desertification and improve restoration of natural resources. The Program shall be implemented with two stages, the first, or intensive development stage is 2010-2015, and the second or stable development stage is 2016-2021.
