Procedure for registration and release of nutrient enhancers (enriched foodstuffs), food additives, growth additives and food produced with new technologies shall be used by the state administration authority (Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry) to exercise management and organizational rights to register, issue numbers, and release them for public use based on requests and related documents. After official registration and release of nutrient enhancers (enriched foodstuffs), food additives, growth additives and food produced with new technologies, they shall be used in the food chain and supplied to public consumption. The applicant is fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the documents and information submitted for registration. Annexes contain application forms.
