Order No. 114 of the Minister of Nature and Environment validating Fisheries Regulation.

This Regulation shall be applicable to fisheries, fish protection, stock enhancement and fishfarming for commercial purposes. The Ministry of Nature and Environment shall perform the following powers in the field of fisheries: (a) to establish total allowable catch; (b) to issue fishing authorization to business entities and organizations; and (c) to provide business entities with environmental impact assessment. Local government shall conclude fisheries agreement with business entity and issue license for fishfarming activities. The period of validity of fishfarming authorization shall be 2 years. Annex contains the form of contract for industrial fisheries.
