Order No. 127 of the Minister of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on storage, recycling and registration of hazardous waste.

Natural persons, business entities and organizations responsible for hazardous wastes shall submit to the competent district authority annual reports on hazardous waste and disposal thereof by the 15th of November of each year. District authorities shall submit to the regional authorities and capital city authority responsible for environmental issues by 1 December of each year consolidated reports on the hazardous waste storage and disposal. Regional authority or capital city environmental unit must submit to the Ministry of Nature and Environment report containing complete data related to removal and disposal of hazardous waste disposal by the 25th of December of each year. Annex contains data related to hazardous waste to be inserted in the aforesaid reports.
