Order No. 149 of the Deputy Minister on the prevention of spreading of infections, epidemics and measures for the prevention thereof.

The scope of this Government Decree is to establish the procedure for the protection of the staff of processing enterprises against disasters, including spreading of infections and epidemics. The objective of this Government Decree shall be to counteract spreading of COVID-19. It shall be mandatory for relevant organizations, officials, natural persons and legal entities. Processing enterprises must ensure to the staff hygienic safety, infection control, availability of individual protection means and availability of potable water. Work area shall be periodically disinfected. Complex and general procedures for ensuring preparedness for natural disasters shall remain in force until the reduction of risk level or until cancellation of disaster alert status.
