Order No. A-156 of the Minister of Nature, Environment and Tourism validating the Regulation on environmental damage assessment.

This Order establishes the methodology of environmental damage assessment with a view of calculating compensation for damages caused by environmental offences, in particular damages entailing reduction of pasture land area, damages caused to agricultural land mining and industrial waste disposal, soil deterioration, damages to groundwater resources by illegal well sinking, damages caused by illegal timber extraction and destruction of forests, damages caused to wild flora and wild fauna.
