Order No. A/18 of the Minister of Environment and Tourism validating the Procedure for authorization issued to businesses and organizations for waste transportation, collection, storage, recycling, disposal and export activities.

This procedure shall be applicable to regulate activities regarding granting permits to enterprises and organizations engaged in storage, recycling, destruction, and export activities of hazardous waste. It establishes the requirements and rights to issue permits for the transportation, collection, storage, recycling, disposal, and export of hazardous waste to enterprises and organizations. Citizens, enterprises, and organizations engaged in the export of hazardous waste shall obtain a registration number from the central state administrative organization in charge of environmental issues. Annexes contain the forms of authorization.
