Abstract
This Procedure establishes electronic registration and control system to determine the origin of plants, food raw materials and products derived from them, and seeds and seedlings of cultivated plants prepared and supplied to the market by primary food producers, and to ensure quality and safety at all stages of the food chain. The purpose of this procedure is to create a unified electronic database tracing plant derived products and their origin. In the case of harvesting, packaging, transportation, storage, and sale of crops and natural plants prepared by the primary production of the food chain, the activities of tracing their origin shall be regulated by this procedure. In the case of buying and selling cultivated and natural plants, food raw materials and products derived from them in the market, an electronic certificate of origin must be obtained according to the model specified in the Table 1. This Procedure shall not be applicable to plants, crops and raw food materials cultivated and processed for family use. This Procedure is applicable to farmers, natural persons and legal entities engaged in the processing, transportation and sale of plants and food raw materials and products derived from them, as well as experts in charge of agricultural affairs of the agricultural department of the district governor's office and all levels of professionals and state inspectors of control organizations. The electronic certificate of origin issued by the electronic system for plants, food raw materials and products derived from them shall have unique numbering with a QR code.
