Order No. A/349 of the Minister of nature, Environment and Tourism on classification and registration of waste.

This Order stimulates classification, registration and digital encoding of waste. The objective shall be to use environmentally-friendly systems for the classification, collection, transport, storage, reuse, recycling, recovery, destruction and export of waste and to establish fees for waste service and information processing. Waste is categorized by source and type, and the code consists of 6 digits. Hazardous waste shall be classified in accordance with hazardousness risk.
