Abstract
This Order lists foodstuffs prohibited for sale to children at schools, including: (a) all types of carbonated drinks; (b) energy and sports drinks; (c) dry syrups containing unnatural flavors, colors and fragrances, condensed and processed juices and drinks; (d) egg and sugar cocktails; (e) synthetic or chemically produced creams, all kinds of cream products and desserts (all kinds of pastries, cakes, etc., including creams such as eclairs); (f) chips, corn puffs/popcorn, salted and coated nuts; (g) all types of cooked and soaked instant noodles; (h) based on label information, high in simple carbohydrates (10g or more sugar per 100g) dried fruit, all type of candy; (i) based on the information on the label, 450 mg of sodium per 100 g of the food product or all foods containing more than 1.1g of salt per product; and (j) based on label information, all foodstuffs with more than 4 g of saturated fat per 100 g of the product and 0.1 g of trans fats per 100 g of the product.
