Parliamentary Resolution No. 23 validating the five-year Development Guidelines for 2021-2025.

These Investment Guidelines envisage financing of the following projects: (a) human development, including educational quality improvement; (b) science and innovation, including creation of innovation center cluster; (c) public healthcare improvement with particular attention to vulnerable groups of the population; (d) improvement of employment skills and promoting creation of start-ups; (e) social protection of the population; (f) development of oil processing and mining industry; (g) agricultural and rural development, with particular attention to livestock husbandry, vegetable cultivation, dairy farms construction and promotion of export of agricultural commodities; (h) support of business entities; (i) construction of electric power plants and improvement of the network of heat (thermal) energy supply to the population; (j) improvement of water supply and sewerage systems in the capital and urban areas; and (k) promotion of green economy, including development of renewable energy sources and promotion of ecofriendly processes and methods in the national economy.
