Parliamentary Resolution No. 56 validating Development Action Plan for 2022.

This Development Action Plan envisages measures to combat coronavirus infection, including protection of public health through vaccination of the population, research related to zoonoses diseases, strengthening the system of disease prevention and early detection, expanding modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, and improving the quality and accessibility of health care and services.
Development Action Plan promotes healthy and active lifestyle and livelihood, equal opportunities and strengthening equal inclusion, healthy nutrition and improvement of the system of potable water supply.
Development Action Plan sets forth the following objectives: (a) optimizing social welfare and increasing employment; (b) ensuring sustainable and inclusive economic growth; (c) developing transparent and responsible mining; (d) developing ecotourism; (e) ensuring stable energy supply; (f) strengthening the integrated administration and management system of land; (g) legislative support of business environment; (h) reducing environmental pollution and degradation and creating conditions for citizens to live in a healthy environment; (i) rational spatial planning and smart solutions; and (j) supporting rural development and rural employment.
