Abstract
These regulations, which shall be read and construed as one with the Abandonment, Dumping and Disposal of Waste in Streets and Public Places or Areas Regulations (the principal regulations), amend such Regulations.
Immediately after regulation 4A of the principal regulations, a new regulation 4B is added providing that every person shall separate recyclable waste in accordance with regulation 12A of the Waste Regulations.
Regulations 8 and 10 are reworded. Immediately after sub-regulation (4) of regulation 8 a new sub-regulation (4A) is added providing for contravention to be applied to any person who contravenes regulation 4B. Also Regulations 12 and 15 are reworded.
