Abstract
This Act updates certain provisions laid down under the Sustainable Development Act. It is stipulated that, within the context of the private sector and civil society, the purpose of the amended Act is not only to raise awareness of the principles of sustainable development, but also to foster increased participation of civil society as well as that of all social actors in mainstreaming sustainable development.
