Abstract
The present Act has been enacted to lay down particular amendments to the Cultural Heritage Act of 2002, mainly concerning the institutional framework set out therein. Articles 10 and 11 are deleted, whereas articles 2, 7-9, 14, 34, 40, 41, 45 and 53 are amended.
