Abstract
These provisions amend the Petroleum (Production) Act as regards certain offences and related penalties. Amendments are laid down in particular as regards the fine and/or imprisonment applicable to any person who, without or in breach of any of the conditions of a licence granted under the Act, searches or drills or bores for or extracts petroleum on, under or from Malta.
