Ambient Air Quality (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 (L.N. 33 of 2015).

These provisions lay down some amendments to the Ambient Air Quality Regulations of 2010. The amendments mainly concern the levels of ozone in ambient air, the deadlines for registering combustion plants and the air quality report to be compiled by the Malta Environment and Planning Authority. Amendments to the target values set out in the Schedules are laid down as well.
