Abstract
These regulationsis to be read and construed as one with the Ambient Air Quality Regulations (principal regulations). It amends sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the principal regulations, regulation 2, regulation 26, sub-regulation (1) of regulation 31 and paragraph (b) of regulation 35. Paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2) is deleted. The definition"combustion plant" in regulation 2 is deleted. Sub-regulation (1) of regulation 26 and regulations 27 and 28 are deleted.
