Abstract
With this notice, the Minister for the Environment, Climate Change and Planning establishes the 15th of January 2021 and the 2nd of May 2021 as the dates on which the regulations of the Beverage Containers Recycling Regulations 2020, listed under the respective dates shall come into force.
