Biocides (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 (L.N. 128 of 2012).

These Regulations replace the text in Schedule I, Part A of the Biocides Regulations, which lays down the list of active substances with requirements agreed at the European Union level for inclusion in biocidal products. These provisions were adopted to transpose Commission Directive 2011/71/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include creosote as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
