Certification of Animals and Animal Products Rules, 2005 (L.N. 384 of 2005).

By way of implementation of Directive 96/93/EC, there are hereby established the rules to be followed in the issue of veterinary certificates. Such certificates shall be issued by officers having a satisfactory knowledge of the veterinary laws as regards the animals or products to be certified and, in general, being informed as to the rules on drawing up and issuing the certificates. Rules 5 and 6 concern controls on certifications and inspections, respectively.
