Conservation of Wild Birds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2014 (L.N. 252 of 2014).

These provisions lay down some amendments to the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations as regards the prohibition of any live-capturing of wildbirds by any means. Regulation 19 is supplemented as regards (i) the hunting of birds on land, which shall be permitted between the 1st September of any given year and the 31 of January of the following year, and (ii) the hunting of bords at sea. New Chedule X on administrative fees is added as well.
