Abstract
These Regulations amend the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations ("principal regulations"). In particular, sub-regulation (2) of regulation 4 of the principal regulations is deleted and sub-regulation (10) of regulation 21 is amended by the addition of a new provision concerning the applications for transfer of specimen submitted to the Wild Birds Regulation Unit.
